Let's go back to the update released a few days ago by the HMD Global team for the Nokia 9 PureView and which, in the hopes of some users, should have improved the functioning of the in-display fingerprint sensor.
In the official changelog of version 4.22C there was no specific mention of this possible improvement, but this does not mean that a greater optimization of the fingerprint sensor could have been introduced.
According to a video published by Decoded Pixel on Twitter, however, the update in question would not have brought the desired improvements and while bad reads are now far less frequent, we won't go as far as to say that the fingerprint reader works better.
