This is a first for Samsung which usually uses the same chipset for both its flagship Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series devices. However, considering the Galaxy S10 Exynos 9820 lagged behind its Snapdragon counterpart, this is a good move from Sammy. This also gives buyers more reason to opt for the Galaxy Note series in comparison to the Galaxy S10.
From what is already known, the Exynos 9825 will be based on a more advanced 7nm process compared to the Snapdragon 855. Now, we don't know if the new chip will be actually more powerful than Qualcomm's flagship but a few benchmarks of the Note 10+ have certainly hinted so.
Prices of the Note 10 series have also been outed now as the final countdown to the Unpacked event has begun. As per leaks from WinFuture, the Galaxy Note 10 will start at €999 in Europe, while the higher-spec Galaxy Note 10+ will be available for €1,149, however, the source also adds that these numbers are not 100% confirmed.
