Onda Vi40 Android ICS Tablet $199

Ice-cream Sandwich seems to have revived the Chinese Android tablet industry, and thankfully it's not just cheap knock-off's they are producing as the Onda Vi40 Elite proves.

The Onda Elite Vi40 Android tablet costs just $199, or will once it is launched, but what do you get for your money other than a sleek looking (almost iPad 2) Android 4.0 Ice-cream sandwich tablet?

Well stragely you won't be getting Bluetooth, or GPS, but you will get a 9.7 inch screen with IPS technology for improved viewing angles.
