We already know the fact, that the Homtom brand is planning to expand their portfolio with the budget Homtom HT17 model. We also know that it should be the first phone sporting the new Mediatek quad-core MT6737 processor and Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board.
Good news are also the OTG support for better connectivity and chance to plug in the external devices like flash drives, keyboards or mice. It also has a fingerprint scanner capable of unlocking the phone in just 0.3s and we can't forget to mention the Pump Express fast charge support or the global 4G bands available.
Various online resellers like Aliexpress and Gearbest are already offering the phone as a presale option for $69.99, but according to our information there should be some extra flash sale activity upon the launch day so stay tuned, we will certainly keep you informed about that.
