If you've clicked on this article, it means you're probably already interested in getting a surge protector but, if you aren't, then you're at least going to learn something new! In this case we have a look at the BESTEK surge protector with 8 outlets and 6 USB ports; keep reading!
So what's a surge protector? Well, the surge protector is an appliance or device designed to protect electrical devices from voltage spikes. A surge protector attempts to limit the voltage supplied to an electric device by either blocking or shorting to ground any unwanted voltages above a safe threshold (Wikipedia).
The BESTEK does all of that on 8 outlets with a maximum 1500 Joules of surge protection. It also comes with short circuit, overload, over temperature and over current protection, fireproof V0-grade PC and ABS material.
In addition to the 8 power outlets we also get 6 Smart USB Charging Ports with 40W/8A total output, which provide plenty power for charging multiple devices.
The USB light is a photosensitive sensor function, according to the strength of the environment brightness, USB light brightness will be strong or weak as two degree. So when our room is dark the USB light won't be very strong for our eyes.
Finally, the surge protector sports two independent switches to turn it off when you don't need it, thus making you waste less energy, and an heavy-duty six-foot power cord which ensures optimal power flow to your valuable devices.
You can get the BESTEK Power Strip Surge Protector 8-Outlet over at Amazon for $30.99 (coupon code BA6F993J).
